Canadian Choice Heating & Cooling

NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! I paid over $3000 EXTRA, above their quote to convert the furnace to propane during the winter, since Cthey forgot to contact the utility company for a gas connection.

I had them install a new furnace in June, they never contacted the utility, despite me being in regular contact with their office, checking when the connection would be made. In October, after some arguments with Nancy (she couldn't give me a date for the gas line install), I told her I will check for myself, I called the utility company and they told me they were just had a work order put in that same day, moments after my conversation with Nancy -- this is about 5 months after the furnace was installed!

Brian insisted that it was not their fault and that nowhere in the contact does it state they HAVE TO contact the utility company. However, they specifically told me not to worry about it when I signed the contact, and told me it was done multiple times whenever I called Nancy to check the status of the gas line installation.

I would have been happy, if anyone at the company took some accountability for their mistake, but I suppose their philosophy is to let the customer pay.

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what problems I had in the attic and informed me what needs to be done. I The technicians were on time and answered all Questions as to what was going to be done. They were quite professional. The job was well done.

had a couple different companies come to give quotes on replacing our furnace and air conditioner and ultimately chose Canadian Choice because of the honesty of their sales rep. I have a decent knowledge base with heating and cooling and would often act dumb to see how the sales rep would react. Canadian choice was the only company that came in and were suggesting products that would work best for our house, rather than trying to upsell. definitely glad we went with them because their installers were amazing and work very neat and clean. The units themselves work beautifully, look great, and are super quiet. I would definitely recommend this company for
anyone looking to replace their heating and cooling.

After getting several estimates for a new air conditioner, we decided to go with Canadian Choice Heating & Cooling. Their sales team was able to work with our budget providing the right system for our home. The installation was done very quickly and we were very happy with their work. Everything looks great and we already fee a difference! We would definitely recommend their services!

My 25 year old furnace was red tagged by Enbridge on a Tuesday, I called a couple different companies for quotes but settled on Canadian Choice Heating & Cooling. Brian was very understanding and calming about my situation. I obviously needed a new furnace ASAP. Pricing was exceptional so I also decided to replace my air conditioner at the same time, everything was installed on the Thursday (2 days later) Amazing! The installation took the better part of the day but the team worked very hard, used drop sheets and were very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We did a full house and 2 sliding doors (of which one is a custom size) and added a bay window. The crew who arrived were quick, polite and talented. We were amazed at how fast they were able to complete the job and how well it turned out! One of the owners also stopped by to check on the progress to ensure everything was being done right. The installers never stopped working, and finished the whole job in two days. All of the caulking and trim work is perfectly done as well.

I have changed my 40 years old Furness, which is made a big difference , much more quieter than before. Excellent service by these guys .
