Arrived in the scheduled time slot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had all the parts available in service truck to repair the issue and have the dryer running again on the first visit. Very friendly and explained issue, quote and repair. Great service!

My oven stopped getting up to temperature. Beau was very pleasant and efficient, and my oven was fixed within 30 minutes. Great service, very happy.

Dishwasher repair

I physically took my dishwasher to a repair depot. It wasn’t draining. They looked it over and said it was fine. I hooked it up. Same problem wouldnt drain. I called Dowell and they set up an appointment right away. Beau addressed the issue almost instantly and was in and out within an hour. Great service! Professional guy that knows his craft. Highly recommend

Dowell Equipment Services was recommended by a neighbour. Their website to make an appointment was easy to navigate. I was contacted when they said they would . All communication with me was perfect. Beau showed up on time and was very informative with his diagnosing. The repair was done efficiently and costs were accurate to the estimate. I would have no problem recommending Beau and his company.

Beau was amazing. GE stoves are a challenge and he problem solved with professionalism and came up with a couple creative solutions. He allowed me to watch and he patiently explained everything. He even allowed me to hold and pass items to him. Fabulous customer service and efficient.

Had 3 appliances fixed ( washer, dryer and dishwasher ). All appliances are working better than ever and the service Man that assisted us with excellent and provided us a lot of valuable advice. He definitely went above and beyond! Would 100% recommend.

Knowledgeable Efficient and reliable

Washer broke just after Christmas (again). Contacted this company who’s customer service was top notch and was able to capitalize on a cancellation to get a technician out that day. The tech knew exactly the issue (which was missed by another company) gave an exact quote (parts and labour) and confirmed parts availability. He was back in a week to do repairs and the machine is working better than before. Why because this tech knew the control panel (which was only working on half capacity) needed replacement to avoid the same repair again in a few months
