I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Fixify. Despite being assured of a one-year warranty, I was denied repairs after only five months. To add insult to injury, I was charged a hefty $600 for a card issue that was supposedly resolved in April 2024.

When I contacted the company to report the recurring problem in August, I was met with an astonishing lack of accountability. They claimed that the issue was "too old" and that I should have reported it within ten days. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering their explicit promise of a one-year warranty. It is disheartening to see such fraudulent practices targeting hardworking families.

I believe that the company failed to address the underlying cause of the problem during the initial repair, leading to the recurrence. This suggests a pattern of deception and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It is a shame that individuals and businesses can exploit others in this manner, making it even more challenging for honest people to make a living

A technician came to my house and fixed my fridge, about a month after the repair, the fridge broke again due to rust and now it is not fixable and I have to buy a whole new fridge. The technician claimed everything was fine but because of him, I have to waste a lot of money to buy a new fridge. The technician did not tell me about the rust and because of that, I have to buy a new fridge. This is unacceptable since I paid $450 which is a huge sum of money just for my fridge to break because of the technicians claim.

I need all my money back because this is unacceptable. I need a REFUND!!!!!

Sam is unprofessional and not honest person . The repair was not done as per the agreed terms per our phone conversation. Sam agreed for an original igniter part replacement on my Samsung gas stove model NX60T8511SS. Upon verification of the repair, original part was not installed. The installed part was aftermarket, selling for $45 on E-Bay ( Price for original part is $190 on Samsung). The service technician Amir told me the installed part was a newer version (unknowledgeable). When I reported the issue to Sam , he told me "the stove is working right". They were fast and very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable; I would highly recommend this company. They ordered the compressor that was required and installed without an issue.
