Amazing Service. I booked in with Sam via on the phone. I had an issue with a dryer inside of a 24-inch Laundry Centre. I tried to replace the thermal fuse and start button myself as that is the most common issue but that did not solve anything. Unfortunately that timer went on an old Kenmore and a replacement part was $350+ and very hard to find due to the age/ rare configuration. The techs they sent, Vitaly and his son were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They took ~1hr to work through all the components and diagnosed the timer issue. They provided a lot of best practices advice in the future, and only charged $125 + HST for the service call + diagnosis which is very reasonable. We will replace the unit with a newer one but I now know exactly who my first call will be for anything appliance-related in the future, highly recommend them.
