Fixify Appliance Repair

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Fixify. Despite being assured of a one-year warranty, I was denied repairs after only five months. To add insult to injury, I was charged a hefty $600 for a card issue that was supposedly resolved in April 2024.

When I contacted the company to report the recurring problem in August, I was met with an astonishing lack of accountability. They claimed that the issue was "too old" and that I should have reported it within ten days. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering their explicit promise of a one-year warranty. It is disheartening to see such fraudulent practices targeting hardworking families.

I believe that the company failed to address the underlying cause of the problem during the initial repair, leading to the recurrence. This suggests a pattern of deception and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It is a shame that individuals and businesses can exploit others in this manner, making it even more challenging for honest people to make a living
