Yusuf is professional, responsive and experienced. He provided an accurate quote upon my request. He was efficient, replaced the door seal in under 20 minutes. In addition, he was patient enough with my additional questions and even taught me techniques to check the error code on Whirpool washers. 10/10 recommended!

Youssef was dispatched to my home to repair my KirtchenAid fridge. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a plan. He booked everything for me, as this was a service call thru Whirlpool, in terms of parts and the next appointment which took at of stress off me. He communicated with me directly, and was prompt. My fridge had another issue (not making ice) 30 days later, so I reached out to him directly. He promptly called me back, explaining that I had to call Whirlpool to book the appointment, but remembered everything about my Fridge. He also walked me thru a test over the phone which identified that there was no error code, and he suggested that the fridge may not be cold enough to produce ice. We spent the weekend cooking and opening the fridge non stop which was probably the issue, as within 6 hours its started making ice. I let him know by text, and got back to me right away. The point here is great customer communication, and a willingness to help another person which make him above and beyond.

Great, he was able to come the very next day and fix our refergierator that has been leaking with frozen pipes and ice frozen everywhere in the freezer and fixed the issue. Was reasonably priced aswell. Definitely would reccomend

Fridge suddenly stopped working. I submitted a request through homestars for referrals. Got a call from YSF withing 15 minutes and they were able to diagnose and fix over the phone. I am very grateful for their honest and courteous service. I had a fridge full of groceries that would have gone bad.

Greg came on time. He addressed the problems right away. With the options we discussed, he solved the problem efficiently. Very good services.

I only call YSF Appliance Repair (Yosuf) when I need an appliance repaired, for several reasons. 1) He is very accessible communication-wise. If you call or text him he will either respond right away or get back to you when he's finished his current job. 2) His prices are very reasonable and he's upfront with them right away. 3) He is honest and he will always give you the most sensible option whether something is worth fixing or replacing. 4) His pleasant demeanour. He has always been polite and happy to do the work and it's always great to see him. Not only this but I have recommended him to several dozen of my clients and always, always, they have said to me afterwards "Yosuf is the best" and now they call them on their own. 10/10, 5 Stars, A .
