We just finished a main floor /kitchen renovation with MBC and could not have been happier with the results. More importantly, Max and his team were helpful, professional, and finished the job early! Not everything went as planned but when things went sideways, Max was there to help fix it, or work with us to achieve our goals. We had hired a previous GC that ended poorly- we are so lucky Max could work with us to correct those mistakes. Our main floor is easily the nicest part of our house! My pictures are terrible, mainly because we have not finished unpacking-suffice to say, the kitchen is gorgeous. Special shout out to the electrician, stair guy and painter- they were fantastic for making last minute changes and suggestions we had not thought about- just like Max actually! If you are looking to do any size renovation or construction with an aim toward quality and value, you should consider MBC Homes. They may not be the cheapest but they will be the best.

My wife and I are so lucky to have MBC Reno our two washrooms. Max and company completed a total gut Reno of two washroom, turned our 3 piece into a very nice 4 piece. Totally transformed our 1980’S basement washroom into a modern washroom(mane cave) that I enjoy very much. They did everything we asked for. I was there watching a lot and from what I can see they made sure is was done right no cutting corners. Great quality of work, very meticulous, very good crew. We are very satisfied how it turned out

After our plumbing sprang a leak and ruined our kitchen ceiling, we knew that we had to do a renovation asap to fix the ceiling and updating the plumbing. MBC worked to schedule us as soon as possible. They provided a clear, itemized quote which was delivered on. We were impressed by the care that was taken to ensure that both the bathroom and ceiling were finished properly.

We are very pleased with the results of our reno done by MBC to our two bathrooms. The crew was courteous, professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them for anyone doing a bathroom renovation.

We used MBC Construction for our home renovation, which included full gut jobs for 2 bathrooms, foyer tiling, and electrical work. I was skeptical about entering a home renovation since I've heard stories from friends about how stressful and difficult the process can be. However, the MBC team was amazing to deal with from start to finish and made the process pain-free. They were always responsive, communicative and friendly. They make a huge effort to collaborate with you throughout the entire design and build process, including going above and beyond to ensure quality work and deliver on time. Their attention to detail was superb. I will only use MBC Construction for any future renovation projects that I have. Max is a keeper!

I highly recommend MBC construction. They recently did the framing and plumbing in my basement. The folks are very professional, polite, and on time. The quality of their work is great, and they provided professional feedback and helped me to improve my initial plan for the basement layout.

We selected MBC Construction to re-model our Master Bath to accomodate wheelchair/handicap accessability as well as bump out our front entrance 2 feet and install a wider front door for wheelchair accessability.
This was a complex reno that MBC made look easy!
MBC were professional, honest and very knowledgable from the first day we met them to discuss our reno options.
They stayed within our budget, they quoted 5 weeks to do the work and finished before the 5 week time frame.
MBC worked hard, diligently, and long hours, but were very thorough! They paid very close attention to detail, were on time everyday like clockwork, and they cleaned up everyday after themselves. They were really a lot of fun, very happy and polite, always had a smile, and just overall, an awesome team to greet every day and have in our home! We will miss having them here! (Even though the noise from reno was loud at times!)
We are extremely happy with thier work! They went above and beyond our expectations! We would love to have them come do more renos in our home in the future and we highly recommend MBC!
