At first, we were happy with their service but since the installation of the new furnace and AC last year, all of our calls to this company have been ignored. They were supposed to register our furnace and AC with Lennox, but they did not, so I had to do it myself, but I was told that since I registered the products late, I lost the extended warranty on them. This summer my AC is not cooling the house very well. All of my calls and text messages to this company are completely ignored, so now I have to find another solution to fix my problems. This has been very stressful for me and I regret signing up with this company now. If I had known that all of my requests for help would be ignored, then I would have selected another company to do the work. So be careful, this could happen to you!
