I was having issues with my Furnace and I called City's Choice Comfort Air For an appointment. I told them I was in a bit in a rush and needed this looked at ASAP! The Same day they got a rep over my house who accessed the issue (very knowledgeable ) and provided me different options. The next morning they came back and FIXED the issue( including moving my gas line in the basement). Thank you City's Choice Comfort Air for keeping your company honest. Keep it that way! I very rarely refer a companies to someone else. But if someone needs a good/honest heating and air cooling technician, I can tell them with confidence to call City's Choice Comfort Air

My furnace broke down while I was trying to install a smart thermostat in my home, I had to stay without heating for the whole cold winter night. I called enercare and they said they could only book me in for the next day service between 1 to 4 pm. I called city choice just before 7am and he arrived at my home within 20 minutes. He got my furnace up, detected that the thermostat I was trying to install isn’t fully compatible with the wiring in my unit and also gave me valuable advice regarding my choice of thermostat which actually saved me some $$$. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided and I would recommend his service to anyone who values quality and prompt services.

City's Choice Comfort Air installed my brand new high efficiency furnace fast in the middle of the cold snap. I thought I would not be able to afford a furnace right away, but their financing option was very affordable & made my family receive heat right away. Very professional & honest, I will stick with this company from now on.

I know nothing when it comes to my furnace unfornately but at the same time wanted to pay for a service from a company whos trustworthy and professional. Was referred by a friend about City's Choice Comfort Air back in the summer. My unit just went down and i had just finished some renovations to my house.

Andre got right to work and helped me understand in simple terms the problem, the solutions and what's best to correct this issue.

Everything was done in a reasonable time, cleaned up after his job and was alot cheaper than other leading competitors in the business.

I highly recommend City's Choice Comfort to anyone who just wants someone to do the job right the first time and not feel pressured for more $$$ than needed.
