Furnace

Ian is a good person but made a BIGGEST goofup with my Furnace. My last one was 100k BTU and he ended up installing 110k BTU (Lennox )instead without telling/suggesting me but just assuming I would like that. He tells me later that we should've done 90k instead. The impact is so big that my house sounds like a jet engine taking off when the furnace starts, he tried fixing it but with no luck because the motor is so big. He can be a extremely rude human being (advises you to go see a psychiatric)when you try to follow up for more ideas to resolve so beware of that.

Garage Heater Install

Ian is a great person, honest, hardworking and reliable. He was very reasonably priced, and provided a level of care and service, over and beyond my expectation. He installed a garage heater, and vent kit, along with the necessary gas lines, and electrical, and everything looks great. A true professional, I would not hesitate to call Ian for any HVAC service needs.

Gas line re-work, chimney liner install, hot water tank install, range install

Ian is a great guy, very hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to ensure a happy customer. Would hire him again or recommend him without hesitation.
The job involved changing out an electric hot water tank to natural gas including lining a masonry chimney, re-working some poorly routed gas lines from a previous furnace to improve headroom, and roughing in a new supply for a future gas range.

Hot water tank installation

Ian was very professional from beginning. He showed up on time, help me bringing the tank home, and installed it in a very short time. Everything was as we discussed in terms of price. He also added some of the fittings for free as he removed the old ones. Very careful with everything around not to damage walls or floors. Highly recommended
