Was getting the run around trying to find a scarce part. Sean and his team quickly found a solution; which ended up in them making a replacement part since we couldn’t find a supplier who carried the item.

Replaced module and gas valve on 10yr old boiler. Despite troubles sourcing the correct parts, they diagnosed the issue correctly and installed it as quickly as available.

Excellent and professional response! Sean was very helpful and came to the unit to take a look at the fancoil unit the same day. Great diagnosis skill and advice. Located parts and informed me the next day they are on backorder. Excellent communication, customer service skills and very friendly and tried to save me money by telling me I should wait as the problem isn't happening again. Will contact Sean about the issue if it surfaces again and when it's time to replace the part.

A main gas line leak had been flagged at our home. Sean and his partner checked the main line and all gas appliances. They worked within their three hour call and found an issue that hadn't been flagged. They also offered valuable advice regarding our furnace and our upcoming renovation. They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely call them again.

Prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly! We asked them to come to remove refrigerant from our AC unit so we could decommission it as it is no longer needed. They did the work quickly and effectively and even took the unit away for us without extra cost. Will definitely call them next time with any HVAC work.
