Das was very professional in his service. His main concept is minimal damage to the home structure and doing things the right way. He gave a clear idea of the options available for pot lights and how best we can install them in our living room. I think Customer Satisfaction is very important for Das than profit. He did not push for any unwanted work. He listens to our concern and addresses it very well. Got to know that he does all kind of renovations, basement finishing etc too. I will definitely reach out to him for any kind of work that is required in future. I strongly recommend Das to be the go to man for any kind of reno work.

Installation of everything is a joke
Grout is cracking or coming up all together, broke down crying today. So far we have spent $15,000 dollars. Money we have been saving for over 4 years.
Asked about wiping down the grout was told it would be taken care of. That was three months ago.
I didn’t want to post anything because my father and husband both had their own business at one point.
However after today with the grout started coming up. I had to say something.
I am so sad, so disappointed.
Went on Better Business Bureau. They are not listed.

I wanted to create a separate entrance to the bathroom from a bedroom and add a wall with a door in the hallway to make that area private. I was referred by a friend to contact Laptiva to do this project. They were very professional, did the project at a very high standard and I'm very happy with the result. Will definitely be using Laptiva as my contractor of choice in the future.

We were very pleased with the way our kitchen renovations turned out. Das and his team were very helpful in helping us choose the right appliances, they offered great suggestions on cabinet designs, colours and paint. We would love to have them do another renovation for us in the future. The work was also completed neatly and in a timely manner.

I contracted Laptiva to build out my basement as a seperate accessory apartment.

They were given a tight time line of 8 weeks to have it completed as a potential renter was moving in.

They did an outstanding job and the renter was able to move in within 8 weeks of the construction start date. The workmanship and quality of build was fantastic and their attention to customer services is what impressed me, and even with last minute changes to the design I requested they were able to accommodate.

It's been 4 years and have had no issues and I continue to use Latpiva to this day for any home improvements.

Me and my family are beyond satisfied with with the results of my complete bathroom renovation. Das has a good eye for detail. After being happy with the bathroom results. we decided to call Das again for our kitchen renovation. Das helped us fully modernize our previously ugly kitchen, even adding a mini bar area. We will definitely be calling Das back for our other home reno needs!
