I recently had Y2 Renovations work on my condo unit in North York, and I am thrilled with the results. They undertook a comprehensive renovation of my bathroom, which included gutting the entire space, replacing the bathtub, tiles, sink, vanity, lights, and toilet. Their work was incredibly professional; the tile work and installation of all fixtures were done with precision, transforming the bathroom into a beautiful and modern space.

In addition to the bathroom, Y2 Renovations repainted the entire condo in a clean white color and made some minor repairs. They were patient and accommodating throughout the process, even as the project expanded to include fixing sliding doors for the closets and addressing the dryer vent. Their flexibility and quality of work have been commendable. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend their services for any renovation needs.

Our primary bathroom's shower had a leak. We contacted Y2 Renovations, and within a few days they had a reasonable quote. They were also able to squeeze us into their busy schedule the very next week!

We were able to select our sleek look and they were very accommodating with our payment schedule!

The wood on the front porch columns was starting to rot. After assessment, it was determined that the columns didn't need to be replaced (thank goodness!), only the wood on the outside had to be changed.
The job was well done and finished within the expected time frame. Very happy with the work and the paint job!

I'm a realtor and needed a quick turnaround job so I can list and sell this condo. I asked them for their availability and quote and they got back to me immediately to come take a look at the job and to price it out correctly. They were very responsive and correspondence was extremely clear. They did a fantastic job and changing the laminate floors, regrouting the bathroom tiles and shower tiles, gave the tub a facelift and painted the entire unit. Now the unit looks brand new.

Worth the money in my opinion. Much appreciated guys!
