He was fast, efficient and knowledgeble about the fridge/freezer and I highly recommend him. he also put in a new dishwasher and he was good. he's friendly although hard to understand sometimes, he always gets the point acrossed :-)

Alex is efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, searched the part, gave me an estimate and date for the repair. Two days from start to finish! I couldn't have asked for better service. Excellent!!!

Our dryer needed repairs, and we called Alex late in the afternoon. Alex arrived at our house within an hour of our call, and he repaired the dryer fairly quickly. He showed us the problem, and he explained what was broken and how to prevent future issues. He is thorough, clean, and pleasant. I highly recommend Alex for all appliance services. We will definitely call again.

I am thoroughly impressed with Alex and his business practices. He responded immediately after I contacted him this morning regarding a loose part on the bottom of my dishwasher tub, and he arrived at my house to repair the part by 2:15 this afternoon. There was no charge for this “follow up” visit, since he had replaced a different part on the dishwasher a few weeks ago. Thank you for your excellent service, Alex!
