House Letter Signs

I got my address lettering installed on my house today. Nathan and his colleague were very professional and quick! He explained the process, then put up a template of my address and called me out to make sure I was okay with the placement. The actual installation took about 10 minutes! I opted for the matte white lettering (without LED backlight), to pop against my brown brick and I'm so pleased with my choice. The sign looks amazing!

I was given 2 weekend options for install, a mock up of how the sign would look on my house and the exact cost via email. Communication was great and the installation process even better!

I inquired to House Letter Signs Ltd. about obtaining a quote for my house on a Tuesday evening and I received a response that same night. After doing some research on the company as well as some others, I decided to go ahead with them on Wednesday. Thursday I received a call from the installers telling me they were scheduling the sign to go up on Friday. A truly exceptional experience from start to end. I came across House Sign Letters at the Home & Reno Show this past February. I booked their services on the spot. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and pleasant to deal with. The positive client experience continued when I dealt with their designer. I had chosen my own font, which they were able to work with. Never once did they make me feel that I was asking too many questions or requesting too many versions mock-ups. In fact in their own words to me, they said "..our goal is to know exactly what you want on your home and bring it to life", that is what they did. The installers were approachable, very friendly and nice to chat with. They ensure the stencil and placement were where I wanted it. The entire installation was virtually mess free and very quick.
