When we decided to renovate our bathroom neighbors highly recommended Sosna Inc. and we are not disappointed. The Sosna team made our condo bathroom renovation experience an amazing one. Great design by Olga and Gus's project management, skills and amazing attention to detail produced a great space on time and on budget. We are enjoying our new beautiful bathroom every day and we are keeping Sosna Inc. on speed dial for future projects!

Sosna has been my go-to contractor since 2009 and has completed several projects including a major addition in 2017, so who else would I trust but Sosna to put our flooded Toronto basement back in order?!

We are more than pleased with their work yet again on this basement restoration. They have made it even better than it was before. The attention to detail and high standards are exactly what you can expect from Sosna. They do not cut corners and are always looking for ways to make things better. You can trust when they suggest improvements to the plan that you will not be disappointed.

They may not be the least expensive contractor but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for - cheap contractors are not good and good contractors are not cheap!

We were doubly impressed with the workers who were always on time and kept to scheduled hours. Renovations can be very disruptive to your lives but Sosna goes above and beyond to respect your property and make the process as easy as they could. The basement furniture and boxes had to be moved several times to complete the restoration. The insurance company had already caused some additional damage when moving furniture but Sosna fixed those damages too! So very grateful!

After several years having my kitchen renovated by Sosna I called Andrei with concerns about my stove vent. He immediately responded and sent his manager to address the issue. He said that his customers are customers for life! Can't believe my good fortune dealing with him over other contractors. He has continued to remedy any problems we had from the beginning to years later.

We recently renovated our entire home with SOSNA. First of all, they promised the completion deadline right from the beginning of our conversation, and they did finish on time! The entire construction took approximately 4 months (our project involved mainly the interior), much shorter than other companies offered. Also, the budget was clear and there was no major surprising cost beyond the price listed in the contract. Considering renovation is a very complex process and there are many contractors out there who are not 100% honest, this is remarkable. We are also impressed by their designer who was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and engaged in our project so deeply right from the beginning to the completion. She was amazing! Renovation involves a lot of decision making on materials etc, most of the time our designers suggestions were right and we are so glad that we trusted her in many decision making! Construction was well done and their carpenters are very experienced and have great craftsmanship. SOSNA is also strong in custom-made cabinetry and closets, and with the designers right choice of the materials, colour and everything else, we got beautiful storage spaces everywhere in the house. They really made sure there is no wasting space in the house, and we now have so much storage space. Overall, we love our new home and highly recommend SOSNA to whoever considering home renovation.

My wife and l wanted to improve our first floor and renovate our kitchen. We decided to go with Sosna and never regretted our decision. Anna was our designer and Dima our project manager.
