The bathroom Reno John did for me was in Summer 2018. At that time, he just completed a project for my friend, and she was quite happy about it. So I decided to call John for a quote for 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor. From the very beginning John was honest and professional. He provided some ideas and what type of materials should be used... His job wasn't cheap, but I felt good after we spoke. So I let John had the job on the spot. As he promised, he finished the project in 7 days, and did a very good site cleaning at the end. I was very happy. I was about to give him 10 stars. Then I thought the idea to do a long term review...

Now 2 years passed, my bathrooms are still like new. Everything works perfectly. Thanks John for your quality job. I will certainly call you again for future renovation projects.

John and his team did a fantastic job for us. He always organizes the work and processes it on time. He always a response to all question I had and clean all concern before to do the work. He always makes the job site clean and protects all floor and furniture. After all, I got a reasonable price and will definitely hire him and his team back again to do my next reno work in the future.

We hired John from Queensbath to completely gut and renovate 2 bathrooms and a powder room.

Trustworthy, Professional, Great Work Ethics, Integrity are how I would describe QB. Weeks before my renovation started I was in constant communication with John as he promptly and patiently replied to all my questions. He was not quick to say 'Yes' to all of my wishlist, which is a mark of a really good contractor. Instead he prepared 2 estimates for me, Plan A which would accommodate my wish list once his crew was able to confirm joist & plumbing after they rip out my bathroom floors and Plan B if my wish list could not be accommodated.
QB started the renos on date promised and they showed up Mon - Saturday working diligently from 9 - 7 on most days. Within 3 days they were able to confirm that I would have my dream bathroom - Plan A.
I really appreciated how John methodically planned the reno in a way that had the least disruption for us. Our floors were protected and a wall of dust sheet was secured in the master bedroom to protect our furniture. Within 3 days we were able to use our brand new washer/dryer even though the laundry room was partially completed. By the start of week 2 we had access to our new toilet and vanity in the upstairs bathroom even though reno was far from complete. This was a huge convenience for us in terms of getting ready for bed at night and work/school in the morning.
But what I really appreciated the most was the incredible, deep discounts I received through John's referrals and advice. Eg. The 72 inch vanity we originally wanted was $2200 before taxes from a big box store. Through John's referrals we purchased a more beautiful 72 inch, solid wood vanity for $1200. I learned a lot from John on where I needed to spend the top dollars (eg Faucets and shower system with lifetime warranties) and when I need to search for cheaper alternatives. We absolutely LOVE our bathrooms and laundry room! They are the most beautiful rooms in our house, statements of luxury. We look forward to working with QB very near in the future for our kitchen reno.

After evaluating at least a dozen options, I went with Queensbath due to their price, quality, professionalism, and testimonials. John was very flexible and worked with my budget offering many options to make it work without feeling any pressure throughout the project. From start to finish, John and his team were professional, paying high attention to detail and ensuring that I was satisfied every step of the way. Renovations can be stressful, especially with large projects let alone doing three bathrooms and more all at once, John made the entire experience stress-free by being open and discussing each stage in detail so I knew exactly what to expect and when. Along the way, he provided sound design advice and recommendations on layout, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and anything else that was related. His vast knowledge and many years of experience made me feel at ease with any decisions that were made while being very accommodating even with additional requests. Furthermore, John and his crew were always on-time and left everything clean; actually they were ahead of schedule which is why I asked if they could paint the house which they also did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.

The results are absolutely amazing and cannot be more happy with the exceptional quality of the work. The dated bathrooms have been transformed to modern beautiful rooms (different designs) that my family will enjoy for many years to come. The difference is night and day and I truly believe the finished product has added a lot of value to my home. I am so pleased with their work that I already have another project planned for them in the future as will definitely go with them if any other projects come up.

John and his team are the real deal; honest, hard-working, reliable and professional - a rare find these days! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering renovations.
