Queensbath Renovation

Trustworthy, Professional, Great Work Ethics, Integrity are how I would describe QB. Weeks before my renovation started I was in constant communication with John as he promptly and patiently replied to all my questions. He was not quick to say 'Yes' to all of my wishlist, which is a mark of a really good contractor. Instead he prepared 2 estimates for me, Plan A which would accommodate my wish list once his crew was able to confirm joist & plumbing after they rip out my bathroom floors and Plan B if my wish list could not be accommodated.
QB started the renos on date promised and they showed up Mon - Saturday working diligently from 9 - 7 on most days. Within 3 days they were able to confirm that I would have my dream bathroom - Plan A.
I really appreciated how John methodically planned the reno in a way that had the least disruption for us. Our floors were protected and a wall of dust sheet was secured in the master bedroom to protect our furniture. Within 3 days we were able to use our brand new washer/dryer even though the laundry room was partially completed. By the start of week 2 we had access to our new toilet and vanity in the upstairs bathroom even though reno was far from complete. This was a huge convenience for us in terms of getting ready for bed at night and work/school in the morning.
But what I really appreciated the most was the incredible, deep discounts I received through John's referrals and advice. Eg. The 72 inch vanity we originally wanted was $2200 before taxes from a big box store. Through John's referrals we purchased a more beautiful 72 inch, solid wood vanity for $1200. I learned a lot from John on where I needed to spend the top dollars (eg Faucets and shower system with lifetime warranties) and when I need to search for cheaper alternatives. We absolutely LOVE our bathrooms and laundry room! They are the most beautiful rooms in our house, statements of luxury. We look forward to working with QB very near in the future for our kitchen reno.
