Rob was courteous, on time, neat and thorough. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be done with dishwasher. The proper parts were ordered before he left my home. I got a call letting me know when the part would be in and scheduling the call to fix my dishwasher. Amazing price and amazing service! Highly recommend! Thanks!

Our experience with this service was by far the best we have had. The technician, Rob , was very professional as he handled this service call. When he arrived he introduced himself, he found out what the problem was within 10 minutes, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and made the necessary repairs to our Whirlpool ice maker. I would highly recommend this technician and ScrewMaster Appliance Repair for your home.
