Our experience with this service was by far the best we have had. The technician, Rob , was very professional as he handled this service call. When he arrived he introduced himself, he found out what the problem was within 10 minutes, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and made the necessary repairs to our Whirlpool ice maker.
