This was our 2nd renovation with Horizon and just like the first time, Bruno and his team did not disappoint us. Amazing experience from start to finish. Edson and Leo are so pleasant and hard working. They do such a good job, clean up after they leave and keep you updated of the work in progress. Bruno is so organised and makes sure there is a written contract for the project which he delivers on time and within budget. The best part is his payment schedule in milestones as the job is progressing. Horizon also completed a major project for a family member with the same attitude and workmanship. We continue to recommend Bruno to our friends and extended family because of such a pleasant experience. Thank you Horizon team for a hassle-free experience. Bruno and his team were amazing to work with. Punctual, courteous, accommodating, attention to detail and on point with all aspects of my project which included renovating master bath, create a new powder room and then demo, relocation and build of a basement bathroom. I also had my kitchen counter replaced as part of the project. Absolutely love how everything turned out and would recommend Horizon to any and everyone. You cannot go wrong with these guys!

Bruno and his team at Horizon did it again! They took excellent care to protect all connected areas and surfaces. Appliances were removed and reinstalled with care before and after the job. Just like the last time his crew was on time and on budget. We would hire Horizon Reno again in a heartbeat.

Bruno and his team did a great job with the initial renovation of my entire condo a few years ago. When an issue came up with the flooring, Bruno honored the warranty in a timely manner. His team did a great job installing the new floors before the holidays and on short notice. I couldn't be happier with the results and truly appreciate Bruno and his team. We are delighted with our guest bathroom renovation completed by Horizon Reno! From start to finish, we knew exactly where we were in the renovation, thanks to their clear communications and their highly organized invoicing system. Bruno and team worked carefully and were incredibly neat: a real bonus when the work space is in a condo. They were consultative throughout the process and the project came together beautifully and on time. How much do we love our new guest bathroom? They're coming back next month to do the ensuite!! Cannot say too much about the professionalism and care shown by this team.

Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with, and did a fantastic job top to bottom. Hard working, Responsive and with good attention to detail, the team executed on every aspect of our vision for our home. The subs brought in were also quickly integrated into the project so that there was no material slow down of work. We would definitely work with Horizon again, especially with the confidence of a warranty for their work.

WOW. That is the first word everyone says when they walk into our renovated bathroom by Horizon. When Bruno saw our bathroom he laughed because he had already renovated the exact same bathroom. We were able to see photos of what he could do with our old ugly bathroom. He completed the project on time and on budget and did amazing work. His attention to detail is great and the tile work is beautiful. He treated our house as if it was his own putting down runners, plastic sheeting and sweeping everyday. Bruno and his assistant Edison are both wonderful to work with and very professional. When we are ready to start our next renovation project Bruno is the only person we will call.

Horizon Reno Group did our bathroom, kitchen and flooring in our home in Mount Albert. Bruno came out to provide a quote and though his quote was not the cheapest, we decided to go with Horizon because he was the only one who made us feel comfortable right from the start. Bruno patiently worked with me on various adjustments with the initial quote and provided options until I was satisfied with the work and budget before proceeding. He is not like other contractors who take a lumpsum deposit at the time of booking but rather just a small deposit to confirm and then the payment schedule is set up according to the milestones of the jobs being completed throughout the different stages of the renovation. We were not living at the house and Bruno made sure to update us and send pics as the renovation progressed. We had to stop by the house a couple times to drop off some materials and the team working was always pleasant and friendly. The place was always left clean as much as possible when the work was finished. Even at the end, everything was cleaned and disposed properly. Shout-out also to Harley who was in charge of making the kitchen cabinets and counters and was so pleasant to deal with when we were there. Also to Laura from the office who keeps communication going through the reno phase as the payments are made.

We were so happy with Bruno's and Horizon's work that we are considering them to do our basement reno in the near future. And I have currently recommended Horizon to a family member who will be meeting Bruno for their home renovation as well. Thank you Bruno and team for such a wonderful renovation experience.
