This was our 2nd renovation with Horizon and just like the first time, Bruno and his team did not disappoint us. Amazing experience from start to finish. Edson and Leo are so pleasant and hard working. They do such a good job, clean up after they leave and keep you updated of the work in progress. Bruno is so organised and makes sure there is a written contract for the project which he delivers on time and within budget. The best part is his payment schedule in milestones as the job is progressing. Horizon also completed a major project for a family member with the same attitude and workmanship. Horizon Reno Group did our bathroom, kitchen and flooring in our home in Mount Albert. Bruno came out to provide a quote and though his quote was not the cheapest, we decided to go with Horizon because he was the only one who made us feel comfortable right from the start. Bruno patiently worked with me on various adjustments with the initial quote and provided options until I was satisfied with the work and budget before proceeding. He is not like other contractors who take a lumpsum deposit at the time of booking but rather just a small deposit to confirm and then the payment schedule is set up according to the milestones of the jobs being completed throughout the different stages of the renovation. We were not living at the house and Bruno made sure to update us and send pics as the renovation progressed. We had to stop by the house a couple times to drop off some materials and the team working was always pleasant and friendly. The place was always left clean as much as possible when the work was finished. Even at the end, everything was cleaned and disposed properly. Shout-out also to Harley who was in charge of making the kitchen cabinets and counters and was so pleasant to deal with when we were there. Also to Laura from the office who keeps communication going through the reno phase as the payments are made. We were so happy with Bruno's and Horizon's work that we are considering them to do our basement reno in the near future. And I have currently recommended Horizon to a family member who will be meeting Bruno for their home renovation as well. Thank you Bruno and team for such a wonderful renovation experience.
