I was connected to Elite Appliance Service through Samsung because they are an accredited service provider. The service person was very helpful and so far everything is now working fine. The company was excellent in terms of scheduling the visits and sent text updates to let me know when the serviceman would arrive. He was polite and tidy and seemed very knowledgable.

Francis was the service man and he diagnosed and replaced the required parts. He told me what went wrong what to do, ordered parts and followed up in fixing the parts.
Francis interaction was awesome, empathetic to my Scotia Toom and friendly. He is one of the best. Reference SWCL9SG1F7-1
Even his company elite, followed up diligently.

Just had Kris finish up with an Elite repair of my Fridgidaire dishwasher. Kris did a great job, was helpful and friendly and for a guy that doesn’t watch hockey, he sure knows a lot about the Leafs. All fun aside, I would highly recommend Elite Appliance Service for all your needs. Reference # 340729

this is the 2nd service call for the same problem. our tech from Elite took the time to source a long term solution to mitigate further issues. The call took a few hours but pleased with the outcome. service appt SWCL9S8B66-1 . would recommend to anyone requiring service. wouldn't recommend lm the fridge though :/
