Reference to work order number 435598, the two technicians sent to resolve my laundry machine dryer “noise” were able to diagnose the laundry machine problem in less than 30 minutes and put the machine back up and running. The two Technicians have a good understanding of the machine and are very respectful.

Service gave us a window as to the service person arriving and then updated as to a specific eta!! Gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the work completed and we were operational in no time,
Will highly recommend and reach out should we require service again

We had our Jennair Cooktop repaired by Elite Appliance Service. Technician was able to quickly investigate and determine the root cause of the problem. He then had to order some parts and that is where the best part was. Their team kept us informed throughout so that we knew when the parts would come and then the technician would come again to fix the issue. Communication and service quality was superb.

Technician came to my home was very professional and fixed my problem, huge banging from washer. Super quiet now

Tech was very professional and eager to explain the problem in detail. Although he arrived early to address, I saw he was waiting on the street just to be on time. I felt a confident approach.

The technician was very friendly, professional and helpful. He explained what he was going to be doing and why. He quickly made the repair and offered a few suggestions on other pieces to replace to extend the life of the washer. The company sent me texts and emails to let me know when the repair was happening and what time. Also sent reminder notices. I cracked the induction cooktop on my stove and required it to be replaced. I contacted Elite Appliance as they were a recommended service dealer for Samsung. They were very curious on the phone when I called. They ordered the part and within 4 days they contacted me for an install date. The technician was very polite and on time. I was very happy with the service from beginning to end.
