Very professional and timely company. Very helpful and kind person Harjinder came and fixed it for us quickly as the machine was not even turning on and we struggled without a machine for a week. We would use them again if needed. Work order number 450030.

Have GE Monogram range hood that was making very loud nosie. Elite sent someone to do an estimate (other companies wouldn't come - just wanted to replace without even checking). They explained fees in advance which was great. They came, diagnosed, gave us estimate and how the process would work. Technicians were professional and on time. Price was more than fair, but most importantly they fixed the problem efficiently and properly. Will only call Elite in the future.

Work order: 448518 - Ricky was very professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with my GE combo washer/dryer unit (which was still under warranty). The lid was not locking so I had to babysit my laundry and apply pressure whenever the lid had to be locked. This was frustrating as the wash would not proceed otherwise. Ricky was able to quickly identify the problem and quickly fix it.

I wish that company that makes this fridge would be as good with their customers service especially when they know about their issues with ice makers.

It was a blessing to find this company. We had such a hard time finding a reliable, knowledgeable company to repair our appliances who wasn't crazy expensive. They do amazing work, are reasonably and have amazing contact before, during and after service. Work number is 447002. Will definitely use for all future work!

I had a dented fridge door and broken filter cover after a delivery from Costco. Samsung called in the repair and Elite was the repair company that they use.

The repair person that came out was on time, professional and fixed everything in a timely manner. I would now use Elite for any future repairs on my other appliances.

RE: Work Order number 446439. Respectful, friendly, and courteous service. The tech took the time to explain the issue and repair procedure as well as next steps. Parts for the actual repair were obtained within a week of the initial visit. I would definitely recommend Elite Appliance Service for major appliance servicing when needed.

Quick turnaround, came and fixed a noisy dryer quickly and for a good price. Other businesses would not service LG appliances, but no problem for Elite. The technician was very professional, diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. Would call again if I had issues with any of my appliances. Ref 446888
