Called a few places and no one wanted to help. I called speedy appliance and someone was able to come out the same day.

The Technician was very professional. He did a wonderful job on replacing my microwave. I was very satisfied about his job.

I would strongly recommend that you not use this company. My dryer was not drying so I called Speedy Appliance on Saturday. They did a great job in responding quickly to my call and sent a service person over to my house Sunday morning.
When the dryer was looked over, the service person told me that it was going to require a new heating element. The problem was that they didn't have the part and that they would most likely get it in on the following days with a cost of $350 (no breakdown, just the service person phoning someone and the other person on the line dictating the price, a bit sketchy). Also, when the service person was looking at my dryer he told me that the housing also needed to be replaced not just the coil and when asked how much that would cost he told me an additional $50. I then told him that things were getting pretty expensive and might not go ahead, possibly look at getting a new dryer then, and all of a sudden it was no longer $50 extra dollars (sketchy again).
They didn't get the heating element part till Wednesday and couldn't get it installed for me until Thursday (Not that "speedy").
There were a few other things that made this company untrustworthy such as not giving me an invoice until I phoned the manager, giving me a hard time to verify the part was actually from a genuine Samsung distributor, lastly when I tried reaching them on Wednesday evening on their website it says that there are 3 technicians in the area (when you click on the link it just directs you to their main office phone # and so no technicians are actually not in my area). Overall, not a good experience. I would look to another company if requiring help.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment booked for between 8-10 am. When no-one contacted me by 10am I tried calling - left a message. No return call. Eventually I got a call at 11:30 from the tech, who showed up 5 minutes later. No explanation, no apology. Not a good start.

The tech comes in, takes one look at the gas range and says he needs to go to Home Depot for a gas hookup kit. The intake people knew that this was a brand new Bosch gas range install, so why the tech didn't have a kit is beyond me. Why a gas appliance tech doesn't have a supply with them at all times is also beyond me. I happened to have a new one that I bought off Amazon, so I told him to use that one.

The guy finally gets the range in place, and I need to remind him to install the anti-tip plate. He proceeds to install it on the wrong side, and drills into my wood floor twice trying to find the right spot. Had he read the manual, he would have seen a plain diagram showing the correct side and measurement from the wall. Even then I had to explain to him to add 3/4" to the measurement to account for the backsplash. Wow.

He gets the gas line installed, and proceeds to push the range back without even turning the gas fully on. He pretends that he was going to notice. OK. After the range is in place, I see that he scratched the wood floor because he didn't bother to use cardboard or anything to protect the floor. Then I see that the leak test solution in the gas line kit wasn't even opened. Wow. Not feeling super safe here, guys.

At the end, my options to pay are via cash or charge. I go with charge, after which he *hands me his phone* to give my cc number to dispatch. Super professional, and not sketchy!

I ask if I need to pay full price since I supplied the gas line. Yep, sure do.

What a joke. Avoid this company.

I had them come and repair my dishwasher because the door knob hinge fell out and they had to order the part to keep the door from dropping when opened. The part cost me over $90 but including service cost approximately $380 charged to my visa. They refuse to send me an invoice and after part fixed they would not warrant work. The contractor did not balance my dishwasher after fixing door and now the dishwasher does not close when I called to ask them to have a look they refused. To date I still don't have an invoice. The owner is shady and when you call you hear kids in the background. DO not use them. The technician they sent out also tried to fleece me by offering to fix my garage door opener if i paid him some money on the side his name was Ariel for $80. Please do not use them. They are not a legitimate company and very dishonest.

Fast service. Even faster to take my money. Called immediately as I pressed send on Homestars request. Arrived quickly and provided quote. Noticed Visa charge the same night for full charge and did not even have an appointment for repair. Called and they were aware that full charge had gone through. Markup for parts is too high. Asked them to check price and did not hear back. Recommend getting other quotes before proceeding with this company. No written quote or itemized invoice provided. Asked for replaced parts and was refused.
