The entire team at the Burlington location was wonderful to us. Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he gave us so much of his time. He went above and beyond to offer us a (more than fair) deal for a tub specific to our needs. He also gave our 3 year old a big polar bear Teddy which was such a thoughtful gesture.
We chose the Cub in black and it was back ordered but worth the wait. It also didnt take any longer to arrive than Shawn predicted. We are over the moon with our new Hottub and we are in it every night. The salt water smells so much better than the strong chemicals we are all familiar with, the app Spa Boy is very handy, the Hottub looks so beautiful and the cover is easy to lift. (It is a great instant privacy screen as it sticks up 3 feet at the edge of the tub so be aware of this when you decide which direction to install it in.)

I often deal with Burlington hot tub as they supply the products for my older hot tub. However, we live up north so it is always by mail (delivering parts, asking questions etc.) We have always found them to be reasonable, excellent with customer service, offer amazing tips and so on. We purchased a Hot Tub last December from Arctic Spa in Burlington. We chose the Summit/EPIC model & Package that seats 7. We received great service from the purchase right up to the installation. And they put a great financial deal in front of us with lot's of incentives. We love the tub and would recommend Arctic Spa if you're looking for a positive experience.
