Cactus Landscaping

The job was to replace a timber planter 24'x7' which had rotted and was falling apart.

Cactus was one of 3 bidders and the one whose response we felt best met our requirement.

Throughout the entire process, their project manager Kirill kept us up to date and worked with us to clarify anything we needed to discuss. The crew arrived on time and worked hard over a 7 day period to remove the old planter and replace it with a new, better engineered unit.

The crew were careful, considerate, and their craftsmanship excellent. They were assiduous about limiting the impact of ther activities and cleaning up on completion.

Kirill kept the business side up to date as the project moved through its stages.

Overall, an excellent experience for us.

From the very first meeting with Volodymyr , we were impressed ! We had a tricky situation with tree roots that was uprooting our front landscaping. He was the only one who suggested a viable plan that made sense out of the 3 companies that came to quote. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either. He was able to articulate his vision in a drawing on the spot, and provided a quote the same day.

When it came to execution, they were just perfect ! They were in and out in incredible time, everybody in the crew was polite and obviously masters at their trades. They cleaned up every night meticulously, and respected the neighbours boundaries.

Best of all was the final product -- they completely transformed the front of our house. We have had endless compliments ever since Cactus completed their work from neighbours we hadn't even met yet, as well as random people passing by.

Had the team at cactus design this gorgeous floating side entrance staircase and retaining wall for me. Absolutely blown away by the results. I wish my budget would have allowed me to have them do more landscaping to really bring up the curb appeal. Very glad I hired the right crew would definitely recommend!
