Signed up for the promotional Nest Protect Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector for my mom's home and after 4 months received a call and installation date.
The installation date was on a weekend between 5pm to 9pm and I needed to be there since english is not my mom's first language. I waited for 5 hours plus another 1.5 in travel time on a Staturday for nobody to show up! There were no calls to warn me of the missed appointment before or after. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I will likely contact Nest to provide them feedback on my experience with their 'service partner' Simply Smart.

Simply Smart called to reschedule and the installer came by on Saturday. She called 1/2 before arrival and was very efficient and professional. The Nest Protect was installed without any complications. I want to thank the installer for salvaging my impressions of Simply Smart.
