I called Evan once again to inspect an older home in Toronto. He arrived early, started his exterior inspection and pointed out interior work that needed to be addressed. His report was very helpful to potential purchasers of this home.

Evan was professional and great to deal with. He booked us in a timely manor, drove quite a piece to get to us and arrived on time, prepared for the job.
