This was a huge expense on the purchase of our first home. Dave was patient in explaining the details and thorough in his proposal. Ultimately we awarded the contract to Gryphon based on the strength of their proposal, their solid references, and their Gold warranty package. We're very happy with the experience. They were on time, thoroughly cleaned up each night, and the team was always courteous to our family and neighbours.
