Lt Integrity Improvements

We were very pleased with the work completed by LT Integrity Improvements. After our initial meeting we did not have to wait long for the estimate. It was fair and we decided to go ahead with the project. They were able to start the project right away and complete it within a few days. Leng and his crew are very courteous, friendly and hard working. Leng would check in with us daily and was always quick to get back to us if we had any questions. I plan on contracting LT Integrity Improvements for some additional work in the next few months.

From the very first conversation I had with Leng to the last piece of paver installed, everything went smoothly, in a timely manner and on my budget. The first morning Leng, his sons (Korey, Curtis and Kyle) and the rest of the crew arrived as planned and started unloading the material passing it from one person to the other, you can tell they have a great team spirit. The whole day they were friendly and cheerful while working hard. It was very pleasant to have them doing my project.

Although the complicated pathway leading to my backyard was a true headache, Leng and Corey found a solution and customized the steps, the result is amazing. I myself am pretty handy and I like to have thing;0 s done perfectly, my high standards weren’t only met with Leng and his crew though, they were surpassed! I am very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Now, all of my neighbors that pass by are in awe with the work this company has done. I will be recommending their services to all my neighbors and friends.

In short, the result exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend Lt Integrity Improvements.

We contacted LT to fix several issues: 1) Our interlock driveway had sunk near the entry to our garage. 2) Our interlock patio had sunk in a number of spots creating a tripping hazard. Due to sagging, roughly a third of it needed to be rebuilt. 3) The brick wall around one of our side garden beds was starting to fall over. 4) The parging on the front of our garage and house needed repair.

We are very pleased with the work they did. Overall we found them to be dependable, courteous, responsive, hard working, and helpful with suggestions.

As but one example, I happened to check on the progress on our back patio and spotted one of the crew members down on his hands and knees pushing polymeric sand into one of the tight spots by hand, just to make sure full coverage was achieved, an attention to detail we appreciated.

We generally don’t give online review and recommendation. But we're really compelled to do that with the exceptional work recently done by LT Integrity Improvements in Ottawa Kanata area.

First of all, the owner Leng, is super responsive and attentive. From the very first phone call, the on-site consultation, the details of project and the daily communication. He really goes all the way out to earn my business despite it’s not a huge project.

The crew (6-7 people) that did the work was professional, very organized and tidy, careful to details, punctual, super friendly. They started at 7am sharp and would notify us each day when they leave and the progress.

The quality of their work is exceptional. There is no cutting corner. We wanted to simplify our landscape with interlock and eliminate some of our garden with a lot of deep rooted scrubs and plants. They not only did what we wanted and have exceeded our expectations. See attached pics for reference.

While they’re focusing on quality, we’re super happy that they were able to accommodate to start our work early and complete the project in March so we could start enjoy our expanded backyard already in late Mar. In fact, it was less than 2weeks from the very first phone call with Leng, till the 5 days of project completed !

Finally, their pricing is fair and competitive. There was no pressure for unnecessary upselling. In fact, they provided their expert advice to help us to save some money.

We would definitely recommend LT integrity improvements to our friends and neighbours in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with LTIntegrity. Their work ethic and services were very good. The interlock work looks amazing as does our new garden walls and gazebo. They are very friendly. We feel we got good value for our money. We highly recommend this company. It is our second time using them.
