My project included 3 major tasks; 1)redoing the retaining wall, 2)replacing the driveway's asphalt with interlocks and 3)redoing the stairs which can be seen in the "before" and "after" pictures. Initially, I chose LT Integrity among others because they were responsive and prompt before starting the job. They gave me the quote with accurate details of the job, the start/end dates of the project, thoughtful ideas according to the nature/variety of the tasks and flexibility with the fees and payment methods. Throughout the job, they planed everything beforehand in such a away that required material and enough labors were there due to the running task and available space. The person in charge of the job and his crew were very professional in doing the job and, the same time, had a great sense of humor in interacting with others. They were very careful and precise while doing the job in a timely manner. They did listen to my requests/questions and provided my with insightful responses/explanations. I witnessed situations where the completed segments of the retaining wall were picked up and redone to meet the proper gap and spacing requirements. They also did small jobs such as installation of the gutter in front of the garage door, parging of the concrete and some cement work. In general, I am very happy with their quality of the work, scheduling, responsiveness and strongly recommend them for your similar type of the projects.

Staffs' in LT integrity did excellent job to repair my existing interlocking having poor leveling and big gaps among stones with conducting parging around my house with highly comparable price. They completed their quality work very quick in a professional manner (e.g., nice final touch, no shouting, no bad words, smiling). My wife and I are fully satisfied with their work. I already showed their work to my and my wife's friends and they were also impressed by LT integrity's work. Thank you very much Mr. Bun and your staffs.

Leng, Matt, Dwayne and their crew did a fantastic job. Leng came promptly to give a quote for the work. 2 days later the crew (a mini army) appeared and worked hard all day and finished most of the work that same day. The crew were pleasant and polite. Leng, Matt and Dwayne kept in touch and made sure that we were happy with the results. The work was reasonably priced and came with a guarantee. Thanks guys!

Called Leng on Saturday, he came the same day and gave a quote. We were happy with the quote and said we would go ahead, when we asked him at time frame we were told about 10 days. Sunday evening he called and asked if Monday morning would be okay. He and his crew showed up Monday morning and were done early afternoon. They did an excellent job and his crew were all friendly and hard working. We would highly recommend Lt Integrity Improvements.

What a surprise it was when we saw 8 guys show up at rear of the house. We were expecting them 2 days later. They greeted us by first apologizing for being 2 days early.
What we witnessed was a very effective team at work, led by a very good manager:Leng Bun , Owner/ Operator of thr company, assisted by Matt,who takes care of producing estimates, scheduling and communications .All members of the crew knew exactly what to do , split into two teams: one on parting and the other on the garage foundation.
The atmosphere between the workers was good and they worked with precision. We have a garden along the house and they were very careful working around it, taking care to not break any of the working around it, taking care to not break any of the flowers.
Matt assured good communication between us and the team members. At the end of the day, everything was done and after 3 weeks, we are still very satisfied with the workmanship: the parging and the garage foundations look very nice .

Leng was recommended highly by a neighbor. Called to have my interlock walkway repaired. He was doing other work in the area so ask him to do my walkway. His team did excellent work and what I like the best when the work was near finished Leng did the finishing touches. Nice to see a boss get his hands dirty. Thank you Leng job well done.

We heard about this company from a friend and so we hired them to do our backyard. They were very quick to start the job, professional, knowledgeable and helped us figure out the best way to set up the interlock and stairs as we were new to this whole process. The team worked very hard and were quick which was great! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their backyard done! I will be using them again for other projects.

Job was completed few months ago, but the last day of work was raining. So the polymeric sand was not set properly.

This company came back and redo whole driveway by removing at good and bad sand grouting and start with another full load batch of polymeric sand.
