Lt Integrity Improvements

i cannot say enough about Lt INTEGRITY and the whole team. The work was begun within 2 days of my request and completed within a week.
They gave me far more than expected, doing extra things to help me sort out my yard.
in addition, all the employees were happy and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble and the cleanup was perfect. The total cost was really reasonable.
I truly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates a stress free environment when projects are underway.+++++++++++

This company took my old massive wooden deck apart and removed it. Then they built a new stone Patio that turned out excellent. Leng and his sons and crew were magnificentefficient, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They built new stairs of wood with aluminium railings and they did it on site. The stairs are actually MORE than need be, extra stringers etc. All this work was completed on time in only 3 days, and at a competitive price. Amazing! The word INTEGRITY really fits and suits them. I recommend highly to everyone!

Leng and his crew were very friendly and showed up on time as promised. They removed the interlock around my driveway, regraded, installed landscape fabric and installed the interlock again. The job was done very well.

Leng and his crew also repaired three brick columns in my backyard. When he came for the estimate Leng assured me that his company had a lot of experience with brick work despite not having any reviews about it. I was assured that the work would be well done and that I would be very happy. The crew was here working on the columns for four days.

It became clear that his guys had very little experience with brick work. The thickness of the mortar lines are all inconsistent and portions of the column are not even close to being level. When I pointed this out and asked if they had used a level I was told that they didnt have a level, so I had to provide my own. Leng agreed to fix a small portion of the brick however it was done poorly once again. When my PVC fence was reinstalled none of it was installed level. This had to be pointed out and redone, again despite being told by Leng that his company does a lot of fencing. When I expressed my disappointment to Leng he simply replied by text sorry it didnt work out.

Leng and all of his workers were very friendly and hard working however they should stick with doing interlock and not fence repair or brick work.

Leng and his guys did terrific work at a very reasonable price. Friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer all our questions. So happy we found him.

Leng and his crews did an excellent job to re-level our interlock driveway and parging our concrete steps. On top of that, Leng responds extremely quickly and his price is very reasonable.

The team at LT Integrity Improvements was absolutely incredible during the whole project. Beginning with their immediate availability and great communication, we were thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and openness. There were several changes we requested during the project and they were extremely accommodating every time. They also made great suggestions about things we did not even think of beforehand. Strongly recommend this company for anybody who is looking to do home projects.

These guys were amazing. So professional, fast service, and such great quality. A wonderful family business to deal with. I would use them for any home repairs. They went above and beyond, and only wanted payment when I was 100% happy with the job. These guys are pros and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with the results. Owners have a lot of prode in their work. They made sure everything was done according to our needs and completed the work in time. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

I was in the market to fix up the irrigation around our house. I wanted to bury a few downspouts, re-grade the interlock to keep water away from the house and fix a few cosmetic cracks and some heaving on our existing interlock driveway.

I called Leng. Very responsive, he called me back within an hour or two. He stopped by within a few days to give me a full quote. After considering a few others, I decided to sign a contract with Leng for roughly 4 days of work.

I was very impressed on day 1 when Leng brought a large crew of roughly 10 folks. Fast forward, very few surprises and very open communication throughout. Even with a bit of rain, Leng and his crew were done on time! We discovered a few minor issues a few weeks later, and again Leng was very responsive. He offered To stop by within a few days and offered a few different solutions at no extra cost. He came back without needing any reminders, which I have found rarely amongst my Reno and construction experience. I am looking forward to working with Leng again.

Leng and his crew had done some smaller jobs on my property - repointing brick, levelling a pathway - that worked out well. But one job, on my porch roof, didn't end well and I had another contractor re-do it.

Leng, shortly after the job, had a family emergency and I didn't hear back from him, at first. But then he called and agreed to give back a substantial amount of the money I paid him and his crew.

He also apologized about things going wrong. I think this is more than fair, and I think customers, judging by this episode, can be assured he will try to make things right.

He and his crew are also cheerful and good-natured. And they work quietly - no boom-boxes to entertain them, and that's a relief. They thoroughly cleaned up the site.
