Red Bear Home Inspections

Unimpressed! Red Bear really downplayed some plumbing issues, missed several items, and it cost me hundreds to repair further plumbing and heating items. When I asked him to refund for deficient work, he refused and didn't seem to overly care. Reluctantly he did offer to pay for SOME of the work I had to have repaired, and he did admit to missing it, but would only refund if I signed a document releasing him from legal liability. I would not recommend this company.

Didn't know difference between Asphalt and Composite Shingles
Described Roof as 25 years old when it is only 8 years old
Said it was copper wiring in House when it is mainly Aluminium
broke apart my Railing and took photo of it
Couldn't make gas fire work said remote was missing, there is a thermostat in plain sight to control it.
Said that my radon mitigation was not done properly as should vent through roof . I am Radon certified Installer, maybe I know a little more about it than him

Mark did the home inspection for us when we moved last year. When we met with him after the inspection to go over the results, we were very pleased with his work.
