Very satisfied with repair of refrigerator. Repairman arrived on time and complied to COVID protocols by wearing a mask (as was I). He was also able to quickly clean a clogged drain and remove a lot of ice. Repairman sent me an invoice via email so that I could call in my credit information thereby maintaining distancing protocols.

Happy to have my fridge working properly.

$170 for 20 minutes seems excessive. I was told by the office when I booked, that the estimate of total cost would be $70 no matter what which would be deducted from total price of fixing a dishwasher that would not drain if I went ahead. But I was not given an estimate of total price before the job was finished and for 20 minutes of excellent work (done well and to my satisfaction) it was $170 plus tax (which was reduced to $ $169.50 including tax when I complained that it seemed too high). This amounts to $450 per hour! I was never informed that the cost would be this much or what it would be until the job was finished. There needs to be better communication about what a good job will cost if the hourly rate is going to be so high.

Excellent response (on a long weekend). Phoned in the AM, technician arrived mid afternoon, spent 40 minutes with our 30-year old washer and got it up and running with a temporary fix, with the permanent solution to follow later this week.

No water coming into dishwasher. They sent repairman early afternoon. He gave us the price for the best case and worse case scenario. Both reasonable considering price of the dishwasher. He was finish but something bothered him and he didnt leave until he was completely satisfied that it was repaired.

Pavlo came over to fix our fridge, and he worked very hard to help us out.
unfortunately our fridge was beyond repair, we are grateful for his honesty and integrity.

We contacted a few appliance repair companies offering same day appliance repair. Capital Appliance Repair was fast to set-up a service call to diagnose the problem with our Whirlpool Cabrio washer. When we decided to proceed and the part arrived, a repair appointment was quick to follow. Our technician, Uri, was punctual, professional, and courteous during both visits. Pavlo was excellent. He was responsive and accommodating, even coming on a Saturday (twice) so that my partner and I did not have to miss work. My dishwasher wasn't draining properly so I contacted Capital Appliance Repair after reading all their positive online reviews. They did not disappoint. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it for a fair price. I won't hesitate to contact them again if I need future appliance repairs. Highly recommend.

Capital's technician was available earlier than promised so he called to see if we were available. He entered our home, asked a few appropriate questions in order to aid in his diagnosis and immediately got to work.
He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was equally as quick to make the required repair complete with a full explanation. He kept a clean and neat work area and left no debris upon completion of his repair.
While settling the payment for his repair he offered suggestions on a replacement refrigerator if/when the need arises. He made recommendations on what to look for coupled with what to avoid.
I have spent a good number of years in my career doing residential service work and I was impressed with this organization and its personnel from beginning to end of my repair. I would definitely recommend Capital Appliance.
I only gave a 9 out of 10 rating...well...because nobody gets 10/10.
