swim spa, 13 feet model Aktive

bad service, nothing works , no electrical specifications, parts missing , no return phone calls, name it, after a month delevery nothing works, not their fault, I should have known. Even their approved electrician says nobody should deal with them.
should have walked away, the sales guy was pushy bad!

DO NOT use this company!! HORRIBLE

DO NOT BUY from this company! they do not honour their warranties. They will do everything to take your money and you will be left with nothing but problems! ZERO help! believe me, you will have issues with your pool! Many of us on my street bought pools at the same time and most are having issues. Their customer service is terrible!.
After the winter, I noticed that my pool was empty, I placed a call with Trevi to have a technician look at the liner. 6 weeks later, a technician came to fix the liner seam that was unraveling. I asked the technician to go around the pool to make sure that there were no other liner issues as I had noticed that there seemed to have been another hole on the opposite side. The technician assured me that he had fixed everything and everything was good. He told me to go ahead and book the water tanker to fill up the pool. Keep in mind, my pool is 1.5 years old, why is my liner ripped at the seams ( clearly a manufacturer defect as many others have had the same issue with this specific liner and year). I went ahead and got my pool filled, not even 10 minutes after it was fully filled, I noticed a leak in the liner, exactly where I had mentioned it needed to be checked..within 45min 10,000 gallons of water emptied in my backyard and in my basement! Trevi refused to be accountable for this situation and their liner issue and instead tried to blame the company who closed my pool last year saying that Trevi pools need to be almost completely emptied when winterizing! This company is dishonest and will do anything to not take responsibility, the first technician that came to fix the liner 4 days ago confirmed the liner unraveled at the seam and that it was NOT a tear. Todays technician from Trevi that came to assess the damaged caused by 10 000 gallons of water that leaked from the defective liner and caused damaged to my yard and home! was not only arrogant, and clearly trained to find every loophole to blame the customer and not be responsible for the damages, but had the audacity to say false things on the report and claimed that the liner did not unraveled but instead ripped ( very different story from the first technician who came to repair the liner 4 days earlier) . Luckily I took pictures prior to his arrival as proof that it was unraveling and not a tear. He then proceeded to say that this is an insurance claim and gave me an estimate so that Trevi can come and do the repairs for $2300. To add insult to injury, Trevi charged me a fee for the service call for todays visit ( my pool is not even 2 years old) the technician said they will not be doing anything about this issue and absolutely will NOT honour the 10 years liner warranty. People need to be aware of this company and how dishonest they are!

Pool closure

On July 18th 2022 I paid 448$ to have my pool closed the week of Oct 9th 2022.
On Oct 7th I called to ensure you were on track for the next week. I was told that yes and I would be contacted.
On Oct 11th I called again and was told that they would be starting appointments on the 15th and that I would be contacted by either email or phone.
On oct 19th I called again and was told that I was now on the schedule for the week of Oct 23rd.
On Oct 27th I called again and was told that I was now on for the week of Oct 30.
On Oct 31 I called again and now I am magically moved to the Week of Nov 5th.
After complaining to the BBB I was then book for Nov 4th. On Nov 4th I was called around 11am to say technician couldn't make it and I was moved to Nov 7th.
The work was finally completed on the 7th.
Unbelievable the amount of calling and complaining that had to be done just to get service.
Very disappointed.

New Tub Tub

Ordered the hot tub, was guaranteed delivery even under covid restrictions. Came 1 month late. It was delivered with missing spa connections - told we had to come in to the store to hook them up ourselves!? scratches in fibreglass - we've been told for over 7 months someone would come to inspect and fix? Still no response? WOW ! Please buy from another source! This company only wants the initial payment then they leave you to deal with the dilemma of a monstrosity they call their product. I am afraid to have friends over in case they peel the fibreglass. BE WARNED! The best quality they have...must be in their stores!

WORST pool company

I paid 10,000$ up front for them to come put a new liner on my pool , they finally came two weeks ago . Then a few days later it started tearing from certain parts once I started adding water to my pool. It’s there mistake and I’m still waiting for them to come fix it . They don’t even give me a date to when they’ll come fix it . Worst and most unreliable pool company .

Delivery

Paid in full for an above-ground pool. One month after the deadline I still do not have the pool installed. I called, left messages, stays hours (yes hours) on hold, nobody cares. DO NOT BUY EVER AT TREVI.

Zero service, zero quality

Purchased a swim spa that arrived with control panels that didn't work and the pumps/motors were all rusted. The supervisor at the call centre does not return calls or emails. They just send transfer me from one department to the next and no one helps. Here is an idea of what was inside our so-called new spa.

Never ever buy a large item from Trevi

Just look at the other reviews and you will understand that I am not alone in thinking that this is a horrible company.
Avoid TREVI like the plague for big ticket items. Here is my experience on an item (pool heat pump) that costs over 6,000$.
First, the salesman never explained to me that I would have to put a 220 V outlet. My previous heat pump one did not require one. The cost because of how far the electric box was reached 2500$. At installation time, they removed the old heat pump but would not take it away: I had to arrange for this! Since the old pump's base had tilted over the years I could not adjust the base until the old pump was removed. They did not give me time to make that adjustment and installed the new one "tilted". I could not believe it and begged them to adjust it: to no avail.
I then called Trevi and here is what I was told verbatim: "Le client est responsable de signifier son insatisfaction, après l'installation. Translated: The client is responsible to signify his dissatisfaction only after installation"!! They absolutely refused that the 2 workers spend any time levelling the heat pump.
I later on hired a person to level it, as the pipes were short and stiff and I risked breaking them. It took him 5 minutes: no charge.
The so-called quiet heat pump as I was assured turned out to be very noisy. Thanks, Trevi. Too late to return.
Will I ever buy anything from Trevi? No way. Beware, go somewhere else. I myself run a small high-tech corporation and if I ran it like Trevi, I would have been bankrupt by now.

Above ground Pool

Worst customer service. it took about 4 weeks for them to send a technician...i accepted the estimate and paid in full, they gave an appointment for end of june. Not one call so far to confirm exact date, i called them today and was transferred to a company they hired to do the job, left voicemail and so far nothing....they asked you to pay in full...i have never experienced such bad customer service....if you can find another company go for it, i do not recommend trevi....

Terrible service

Had a new liner installes by Trevi in June 2017.... There's a line/fold of about 3 feet long.... Its October 2018.... After a series of emails, phone calls - still no technicians ti come see. If i give them a star on this rating it would only be for their false promises...
