I was having issues with my washing machine. The tech by the name of Evgen properly explained to us what the issue was and was able fix another issue that we weren't aware of. He was very polite and professional.

I called and within 4 hours they had a wonderful service guy at my house. Evgeny was knowledgeable helpful and fixed a stove and a dryer and explained everything he did and why. I called MAX Appliance at about 1:30 pm on a Friday and Eugene arrived by 4:30 pm (in the middle of freezing rain). Within an hour my fridge was fixed. The service was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Eugene knew exactly what was wrong and he did a thorough job of flushing and cleaning out the blocked tubing. I will definitely call again when I need appliance repair.

My dryer started making horrible noises and I called Max Appliance Repair. A technician by the name of Evgen arrived to my residence within 24 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and gave me a reasonable and fair quote in repairing my dryer. A few days later after the part arrived, Evgen repaired the dryer exactly as promised. It’s like new and I am beyond grateful to have found this wonderful company and technician.
