Max Appliance Repair

The service tech left the top of appliance not properly attached. Machine never drew power & dimmed lights before he worked on it. Still have same problem. Save your money!!

The repairman Yuri arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly identify the problem, suggested the solution. Once we confirmed he fixed it fast.
The cost was reasonable and justified. We had a choice of payment options.

Max was a pleasure to deal with. They booked quickly, arrived when they said and worked hard to fix my dishwasher. The technician was thorough courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

We are a not for profit organization and we sever food to multiple groups each day. The gentleman who assisted us today was very polite, attentive and found the issue in less then half an hour. Yeven P was able to fix our refrigerator within the hour!

We had been experiencing problems with our washer and were only able to do cold washes. Plus our washer-dryer are licated in a small laundry closet in our condo and very difficult to access. MAX immediately sent over two servicemen to move the machines and determine what was wrong. The lead person was Evgan. He and his partner were excellent, thorough and very careful with their work.

Yury Y. showed up on time, on 01/30/2018 at our home in Woodbridge. He kept the area clean, repaired the fridge in good time, and left. The technician for Max Appliance repair, Ilya, phoned and was able to start my job earlier than the arranged time slot. This was great! No waiting around for 1-2 hours. Ilya investigated the problem, quoted a price for parts and labour, and completed the repair in a professional manner. I would definitely use the services of Max Appliance repair in the future.

Evgen did a wonderful job taking apart, diagnosing and eliminating the noise in my dryer. He presented me with options to (1) replace parts, or (2) simply maintain (e.g. lubricate) the existing functioning machine. He was very efficient in his work, and friendly. I would use his services again.
