Marco and his team completed a basement renovation for us and we couldn't be happier. As a young family with two kids we were looking for a hands off turn-key service and that exactly what we got with Zzone Homes. The entire team was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have recommended Zzone Homes to multiple friends and family and we cant wait to start designing our dream kitchen with Marco and his team.

We hired Marco and his to help design and refinish or entire main level and kitchen. From the initial design Discovery call we knew that we made the right choice. Marco and Sonia's attention to the fine details of the project made the experience fun and exciting. Their timing and ability to adjust during the construction process made things go fast and smooth. I have already recommended Zzone homes to two of our friends and I would refer them to any one of my friends and family. We can't wait to start our next project Zzone Homes. I had Zzone renovate my powder room in 2014. It was my first major home renovation and Marco was great in creating a fair and detailed proposal. The work itself was done quickly and neatly. The materials used were of good quality. Several years after install everything is still functional.

Marco and his talented team transformed our unfinished unused space into the basement we can now cherish for a lifetime. We hired Marco and his team at Zzone Homes to complete a 1300sq ft basement renovation complete with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a 4pc washroom and a great room (which included a beautiful stone fireplace).

Marco made it easy to visualize our renovation through the use of his 3D Designs. Marco and his team are highly adaptable to changes and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with the progress. The end result is something we are ecstatic with and are very proud of.

Working with Marco and his team was effortless as was communication with them. They communicated daily with us so we always knew where the project was and what we could expect.

We knew from our first meeting that we wanted Zzone Homes to do our very extensive renovations! Marco, Dan and the rest of the crew were amazing throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to all of our needs and made sure that everything was done to perfection! Our reno involved the removal of 3 walls, a new footing and supporting posts, an enormous beam, plumbing and so much more. There were contractors who told us it could not be done but Zzone Homes was able to make it happen! We are so happy with our new house! Our family and friends cannot believe the transformation!
