I had Zzone renovate my powder room in 2014. It was my first major home renovation and Marco was great in creating a fair and detailed proposal. The work itself was done quickly and neatly. The materials used were of good quality. Several years after install everything is still functional.

I had Atlas install a new heater and A/C in March of 2015. I had several companies come out and ultimately went with Atlas based on their knowledge of the product, warranty and non-pressure tactics. The guys were great and installed both the furnace and AC without issue. This was despite the fact that they needed to run lines in a finished basement. System still works well. Duct cleaning was also well done.

I had HHC install a fireplace for me in 2018. Brendan was very knowledgable and helped us select a fireplace that would meet our needs. The installation crew were awesome and left the house (interior/exterior) tidy. Flash forward, and I had Brendan provide me a quote for an ac relocation. He provided a very competitive quote, but unfortunately the job could not be completed due bylaw concerns. Overall, I recommend HHC.

I had Jensen replace all the windows in my home and my front door (over a span of 5 years). The sales rep, Anita, was excellent and explained the benefits of each product and style. She also ensured that the crew could re-install my pre-existing California shutters, which they did! The work crews were efficient and explained how to care for the windows. They cleaned up well after themselves. 5 years after installing my first set of windows, there have been no issues. I recommend Jensen.

I had Brad install the electrical for my pool equipment in May of 2021. This included hooking up an electrical line from my equipment in the corner of the yard to the breaker box in my finished basement. Brad provided a timely quote and was willing to accommodate me when my installation was moved up. The crew was hard working, and the only tradesmen on my property who actually wore masks while working. There were some issues with the install. However, Brad himself and several members of his crew worked tirelessly for hours trying to remedy the issues at no additional cost to me. Eventually finding a solution. He truly cared about completing the job properly and his reputation as a contractor. This a rarity in this field and I would absolutely hire Brad and co. again, knowing that he would stand behind his work.

Mark and his crew completed a paver patio and retaining wall for me in May of 2021. The patio would be built around an onground pool and Mark assured me he had done many of these jobs before. I felt comfortable leveraging his experience and he did not disappoint. He worked well with the team from Pioneer pools to ensure the pool would meet the requirements for the patio installation. We asked for a retaining wall just prior to construction and Mark was able accommodate within a fair budget. The installation went smoothly and the crew took care of the property and cleaned up after themselves. Some minor issues were addressed without issue. We are happy with the final product.

Robin and his crew completed a fence and gate project for me and my neighbours in April of 2021. Despite numerous changes to the layout of the fence, including changes and additions on the day of install, Robin was able to accommodate. They were also willing to squeeze me in at the end of April to correspond with an earlier build date for my pool. Cassie did well to answer my questions throughout the process and was great at organizing the whole operation. The crew cleaned up at the end of each work day. Had a few difficult areas, including replacing a post without damaging my neighbour's concrete. The fence and gates look great overall.

I had Brian and his crew dig a trench and draw a gas line to a pool heater in the corner of my property. Throughout the process, Brian was responsive. Despite working with very little room he was able to dig a trench for his line and the electrician's cable (had to maneuver his trenching machine down the narrow walkway between my newly installed fence and house). He also filled the trench. Gas line was fully operational upon completion. I have had no issues with the heater. He also re-lit the pilot lights for the fireplaces. Overall, Brian had to endure some challenging moments, work with an electrical crew that he had not worked with before and still completed the work in a very satisfactory manner.

I had Pioneer (Rymal Road location) install an on ground pool, pump, heater and salt gen system in May of 2021. The sand trowlled bottom was full of divots. Can't recommend.
