We hired Marco and his team at Zzone Homes to complete a 1300sq ft basement renovation complete with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a 4pc washroom and a great room (which included a beautiful stone fireplace). Marco made it easy to visualize our renovation through the use of his 3D Designs. Marco and his team are highly adaptable to changes and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with the progress. The end result is something we are ecstatic with and are very proud of. Working with Marco and his team was effortless as was communication with them. They communicated daily with us so we always knew where the project was and what we could expect. They respected our home and cleaned up the job site daily. It was always immaculate. We will definitely call Marco and his team when we are ready for our next renovation project. Working with them was great !

I met Boris through a basement Reno company. He had just completed full plumbing for a basement kitchen and full bathroom in my house. At that time I had asked him to install a battery powered backup sump. He gladly agreed to do it. A week later he showed up at my door ready to get started. Couple hours later he completed the install, tested the system a few time to make sure I was satisfied..which I was. We just had crazy rain fall here this past weekend. He called to make sure everything is still in working order. I thought this was over and above what one usually sees from a contractor. I would definitely call him again should the need arise.
