Chris Kinch

We contacted Chris upon recommendation of a contractor friend. We were looking the installation of a backflow device. Chris insisted that we did not need one to pass our inspection and bought some sort of plug that he screwed into our drain.... the plumbing inspector was furious. Chris said he would return to finish the work and walked away with our $800 deposit. Never returned calls. Buyer beware.

Chris came to the house, looked at things for a long time and said he had to get a part. The part didn't work, this was after we paid him. He said he would come back and he never did. I don't want to mention the company he was working with at the time because they are a reputable company and he has since left there.
