Expert Property Enhancements

Jason and his team did great work in fixing our crumbling cement walls and repairing our interlocking though out the front of our home and repairing our front area landscaping. We are very happy with the work. They were prompt and did the job as expected.

Our side and back property were regraded, interlock cleaned and relaid, parging all the exposed concrete and replaced a number of house bricks.
These areas were last done 35 years ago and the shift in the land resulted in pooling of water against the house. Justin and Jason had some creative ideas to improve the area with river rocks to replace “dead zones” where grass no longer grew.
Everything was cleaned up, rinsed and garbage disposed of.
We are very happy!

We chose Jason's company out of four in total. His quotes were reasonable and his responses to clarifying questions on my part were quick.
His own employees did the chimney and walkway interlock work, and a subcontractor did the driveway stripping and re-paving. His workers and subcontractors did a very good job without fuss, in the time promised, and cleaned up well afterwards. Some post-work adjustments we requested for the walkway to create a different type of curve was done without hesitation. Jason kept a close eye on the progress and quality of the work and communicated with us often to let us know in time when each work would start.
There was a possible delay with the driveway work on the part of the subcontractor but Jason, insisting that he will keep his word to us to do the work this season, persuaded the subcontracter to finish the job before the snow and freezing temperatures arrived.
The quality of all the work is excellent and I was impressed by Jason and company's commitment to their work and his honest communications. I have no hesitation in recommending his company for brickwork and other property enhancements.

We had a brick pedestal that needed a full rebuild and many cracks between the bricks around the house. We also had all the caulking redone around the house and new parging around the garage. The work was well done and on time. The concrete that was added between the bricks is the same color as the pre-existing and it does not show that it was a repair. The pedestal looks like new. Tha parging was particularly well done.

Jason and his team did a great job on repairing our chimney. From the communication to the repair of the chimney and finalizing the project, they were a joy to work with. We had some delays due to weather conditions but once possible they were fast to get on track with the project. Great service.

It has taken us some time to get around to writing this review but better late the never I hope!

My husband and I hired EPE to fix a few rows of our chimney that had bricks cracking and falling off. Due to the age of the house and bricks finding an exact match was not easy. Jason found as close as a match as he could and we were happy to have it fixed with the sample Jason found. We are happy it is now going to last and be safe. They also installed a custom made cap as we didn't currently have one. We were very happy with the crew and their clean up. 

We liked Jason's personality, honesty and the work they did so we decided to have them come back for some more work. We had them remove the original concrete front step and build a larger interlock step. It was a lot of work to remove the original step but they did a great job. There was an area in the driveway in front of step that sank due to a boom truck many years ago so Jason suggested cutting that out and adding an interlock pad area in front of the step. We are very happy with how it turned out and the design of the new step. 

They did all the parging in the front and we are having them come back in the spring/summer to do the full house once oil tank pipes have been removed from the side. We just wanted the front done for now while they were already working in that area. At the time, we were waiting to convert to gas and may have had to have the air conditioner moved. Instead of completing the front with river rock and having to possibly remove it all, we thought it best to have them come back in the spring to finish the work in the front.we are extremely happy with the new look of the front house. 

Having owned this home for almost 50 years, it was nice to give the front some needed attention and are so happy with Jason and his team. 

EPE has definitely earned our trust and we look forward to having his team do some inside renovations in the very near future.

This was my first but not last job with this company. The contractor easily understood the task, and sent two of the most personable, quick and high quality workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The results are top notch. I called them back for a second job, repairing the cement all around the inside of my garage. Parging? They were able to fit me into their busy schedule the next day. They did excellent work again. I am very happy with EPE and already have projects for them in Spring.

Had parging done around my foundation in 2018. The parging failed in one area of where the work had been done. I contacted EPE in 2020 and they came and repaired the area under their warranty. After completing the work, Jason offered an extension of the original 3 year warranty for another 3 years. EPE is a company with integrity and Jason follows through on his words. I would recommend them to anyone considering a quality job at a reasonable price.

Was fast and easy. Happy withe their work. Cleaned up afterward and were very friendly. Price was good as well. Would do business with them if nneded to get things done
