I have hired Sergio Chevpilo for two jobs: One from my own home where he redid the drywall and flooring of my hallway and another for the replacement of the ceiling and electrical work for a tenant's apartment.
He is very professional, reliable, great quality workmanship and very reasonable prices (I compared his quote to four others and his was the best). He takes pride in his workmanship. He has a great team that he works with. I am exceptionally happy with the results. And I will certainly recommed him again. Hands down.
