Sam and his team did a fantastic job repairing the damage in our basement as a result of flooding from the rainstorms this summer. They were fast, efficient and professional. The basement door was replaced and the bay window handle was also repaired. The bathroom ceiling leakage was attended to. All jobs were completed within the time frame and done perfectly well. The contractor also made follow up calls to check if we were satisfied with the job done. We could not ask for a better professional to do the job. I would definitely recommend this company.

There was a separate entrance created to basement from the main floor. The basement was finished beautifully with bathroom. Upstairs new tiles, removed bathtub for standup shower. Well done, on time, clean and neat during work. Thanks Sam, Keep up your good standards!
