Remarkable Service. Ki-Fix went over and above to complete the re-piping of my condo. They stuck to the time frame which we agreed upon, as well as the price we agreed upon. Not to mention the quality of work. My place was back to the way it was before they began. Possibly even cleaner! I highly recommend this company. Great work.

Just wanted to say a few words here about my recent renovation with Ki-Fix repiping solutions. It was nice to finally hire a "professional" and get the professional results along with it. Stuck at home with a broken foot, I was around for the entire process. Expecting the typical messy construction atmosphere, I found myself impressed at the systems that were in place. They barely made a mess. I didnt hear much chatter either, the whole team was hard at work until the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

We had a really great experience with Bob at Ki-Fix. He went out of his way to help us confirm Kitec plumbing during a recent purchase and assisted us in getting all the necessary proof to back up our claims. When we were met with further resistance from the seller, Bob used his extensive network and good will to connect us directly to the manufacturer and expert to confirm. All of this was done without any expectations of payment or strings attached. He did it because he cared. I have since been referring him to my network and will definitely trust him to work on our Kitec issues in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Bob and his team. They were able to service us soon after contacting them, working with our renovation schedule. They protected our home very well, were a very professional and fun/happy crew and cleaned up so well afterwards that it didn't even look like they were here. So impressed! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our neighbours and friends for upcoming Ki-tech replacement too.

We bought a new condo and discovered during the inspection that it had KiTec plumbing. We knew it should be replaced and it turned out our mortgage lender insisted on it. We got a quote from a generic plumber which wasn't very inspiring. Bob from Ki-Fix came around and gave us a much better understanding of the work involved and how he'd fixt it. they did the work quickly and completely repainted / patched up everything so that you can't even tell they've been here. But they send a 3rd party engineer to verify it all so you get warrantees and an engineers report certifying the work. Superb service - would definitely recommend,

It has been 6 weeks since the job was completed and I still haven't received the engineering report that was included in the scope of what I paid for, despite constant requests and follow up.

While the booking process was easy and the work was done on-schedule, the attention to detail was lacking (they missed a few things when cleaning up, and the new hot and cold water pipes in my kitchen were installed in reverse and still have not been corrected).

Overall the quality of work is good but I would recommend withholding part of the final installment until you get your report - I wish I had done so as I'm still waiting on mine.

Trying to resolve directly with the company has yielded no results. The one time that a visit to repair the above error was scheduled, no one showed up and my messages weren't answered. Every time I speak to the owner, he just asks me to email him what we've discussed, and then nothing happens until I call him again.

I’m changing my review from ten star to one star upon discovering the company failed to pay a contractor for the work repairing our pipes.

I originally had a good experience and was given a great price and used them over other companies. But now I’m stuck paying for contractors who are coming to me to get their money since bob did not pay them

I saw bad reviews and chose to ignore them but now I regret that decision

I have ongoing complaints against this business with the Toronto Police, Consumer Protection Ontario and Better Business Bureau.

An advance payment of $2,500 was taken in July 2016 but NO SERVICE has been provided till date. The advance payment has not been refunded either.
