Great to start, but failed to deliver in entirety
It has been 6 weeks since the job was completed and I still haven't received the engineering report that was included in the scope of what I paid for, despite constant requests and follow up. While the booking process was easy and the work was done on-schedule, the attention to detail was lacking (they missed a few things when cleaning up, and the new hot and cold water pipes in my kitchen were installed in reverse and still have not been corrected). Overall the quality of work is good but I would recommend withholding part of the final installment until you get your report - I wish I had done so as I'm still waiting on mine. Trying to resolve directly with the company has yielded no results. The one time that a visit to repair the above error was scheduled, no one showed up and my messages weren't answered. Every time I speak to the owner, he just asks me to email him what we've discussed, and then nothing happens until I call him again.
