Good friendly service. Polite serviceman. Neat & tidy. My 1 1/2 year old dishwasher broke. It required an expensive part. It is now fixed. He came on time and called before he arrived.

Great company, extremely helpful. Were able to source the hard to find the part for our fridge. Qxbeg, the service technician was very professional, polite and went beyond his call of duty to explain us the problem. Originally, we thought repair would be over $1500.00. Finally it cost us less then half of the original quoted price. Very honest. I highly recommend them to all. They will definitely be servicing all our appliances in future

Roman fixed the machine quickly on a Saturday afternoon. He found the problem easily and was very professional. And the price wears reasonable.

but the girl stopped me on explaining it, and saying a possional technician will come and tell me that's wrong.

After the tech come over 2hrs earlier than appointment.

it is a 10mins job plus $40 parts (amazon sell it cheaper)

the tech guy comes over asking for 160 labour +150 for parts.
which is means 330 for a broken lid switch fix.

this is also means parts they charge 4 times then retail.
labour is almost $160 plus tax for a 10-15min job.

or we have to pay the services fee.
I had asked for price listing, he said he do not have any.
I had asked for centrifed certificate, he said he didn't bring it.

in the end, to avoid paying 330+ only for the lid switch.
he disconnected the lid switch and charging us 160+tax.

so, do not waste your time & money.
and do not waste their precious labour.
STAY AWAY.

SO STOP SAY yours is certified.
what you try to do is making 100 dollar on a single parts. which is 200% Gross Margin.

Overcharged labour fee and parts is just try to force people pay the services fee.

Would never use this company again ! Technician had no interest in fixing problem properly (ordering parts) always recommending the cheap and easy way (for him). Spent $150 and have the exact same issue ( - vacuumed coils $80) which took 5 min.

Stay away and don’t make the call!!
The repairman who came to our house to attempt to fix our Electrolux range was polite and courteous and tried his best to repair it. He instructed us that the part needing replacement cost $600 and so we gave a deposit of half. Unfortunately after another visit the part he believed was not that at all and thought it to be something else. In the end, he couldn’t fix the problem. THE MANAGER, HAS BEEN UNCOOERATIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Despite numerous calls and requests to seek our refund (minus the service call amount of course) has been to no avail. It has been a month and he has not returned any of our calls, nor has he refunded our money!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!

We called the Fixman ad on Kijiji for dryer repair. Later we came to know that the company was called Express Appliance Repair. They sent Roman over. He found that one of the two 30Amp fuses in our fuse box was missing. We took out a fuse from another socket and he placed it in the spot. He charged us $140 for repairs, instead of $79 for diagnosis.

His argument was, 'you dryer is working, is it not?' In retrospect, we should not have handed him our fuse but put it in ourselves!

My repair man showed up on time. Proceeded to dismantle the machine. Opened the pump and immediately discovered the problem... very efficient and friendly.
