commercial bldg run by heat pumps

I have a professional bldg run by 38 heat pumps through the bldg.
The bldg was built in 1986 and was built with a cooling tower that was to small (found out later) to take the heat from my loop that is needed to have air conditioning in the summer. I had found out about Canadian Climate Controls from a friend. I called and had a gentlemen by the name of Mark come out to my bldg and took a look.
He advised me that we need to see the Heat pumps and how big they are. When all was said and done it turned out that the cooling tower that was designed for the bldg was about half the size it needed to be. GO FIGURE!
Canadian climate controls was able to get me the proper size of tower and installed it with great care and attention. This was not an easy task as the hole in the bldg where the old tower was needed to be made larger, Which they also did.
This is a great company, They, did what they said they could do.
Now the building has air conditioning in the summer even when its 34 outside.

I would totally recommend these guys again they made me very happy.
nice to see there is still Company's that do what they say they can do.

Heat Pump in condo

Canadian Climate came in as a second diagnosis for our heat pump in the condo. We were told by another company that we needed a new compressor or replace the whole unit.

Because the condo unit was only 6 years old, I couldn't believe the compressor would malfunction in such a short time.

Ye Olde Plumber came in to replace the capacitor, they said that wasn't the problem so it has to be the compressor.

We called Canadian Climate Control Service to come in with a second opinion. He found a wire off of contactor lead laying loose against capacitor that had previously been changed by Ye Olde Plumber.

Reattached lead to capacitor, tested heating and cooling system.

Everything works well. Jamie did a superb job
